Shivali Agarwal is the Chief Operating Officer of Flowchem, a role she assumed in January 2025. In her current capacity, Shivali oversees Flowchem’s operations, quality, and execution, ensuring safe, reliable, and consistent delivery across the company’s network in support of customer commitments. Prior to joining Flowchem, Shivali spent nearly 20 years with Schlumberger (SLB) and Cameron, holding senior leadership roles across Production Systems, Digital Strategy, and U.S. Land operations. Her career includes leading and being exposed to a broad portfolio of businesses and technologies, including production chemicals, process and surface systems, drilling, and land equipment, well testing, completions, artificial lift, subsea systems, and digital solutions, across North America, South America, Europe, the Middle East, and offshore markets. Known for defining strategy and driving disciplined execution, Shivali has delivered revenue and margin growth, portfolio expansion, and scalable operating models while building high-performing teams. Shivali holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and dual degrees in Chemical Engineering and Biological Sciences from BITS Pilani, India. Finance executive with 35 years of experience spanning corporate finance, accounting, treasury, risk management, and IT. Gary is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s finance, treasury and information technology functions. Gary previously held leadership roles at HP Inc. supporting financial planning and analysis, controllership, global business unit and region finance. He started his career in public accounting with six years at KPMG managing audits for multinational clients. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Houston and a Certificate of Public Accountancy in Texas.

C. Christopher (Cris) Gaut currently serves as Chairman of FlowChem and of TD Williamson, a midstream service and products company. He is also a director of EOG Resources where he chairs the Audit Committee. Mr. Gaut previously served as founding Chief Executive Officer of Forum Energy Technologies, an energy products and equipment company, from 2010 until 2022, and as Chairman of the Board from 2010 until 2025. He served as an Operating Partner at SCF Partners, a leading energy focused private equity firm from November 2009 to August 2010, and from May 2017 to November 2018. Mr. Gaut served at Halliburton Company, a leading diversified oilfield services company, as President of the Drilling and Evaluation Division and prior to that as Chief Financial Officer, from March 2003 through April 2009. Prior to joining Halliburton Company, Mr. Gaut was Chief Financial Officer and Co-President and Chief Operating Officer of Ensco International, a leading provider of offshore contract drilling services. He has also served on a number of other corporate boards including Key Energy Services (lead independent director), KBR (chairman), Ensco, and Reservoir Group (Chairman).

Scott Rogan is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and finance within the natural resources sector. Throughout his distinguished career, Mr. Rogan has held pivotal leadership positions across investment banking, private equity, and industry, demonstrating a strong record of value creation and strategic leadership. Mr. Rogan currently serves on the Board of Directors of Key Energy Services, a leading onshore, rig-based well servicing contractor with extensive operations across the United States. In addition to his board role, he is the Chief Financial Officer for Eagle LNG Partners, LLC, a company specializing in the development and operation of small-scale LNG fueling solutions tailored to the marine bunkering market and industrial customers throughout the Caribbean. From August 2020 to August 2022, Mr. Rogan was the Senior Vice President, Finance and Treasurer at Targa Resources Corp, a premier independent midstream infrastructure company with primary operations in the Permian Basin and Texas Gulf Coast. Before his tenure at Targa Resources, from February 2014 to March 2020, he served as Partner and head of midstream investing at Energy Capital Partners (ECP), a prominent private equity firm focused on the energy and power industry. While at ECP, he contributed his expertise as a board member for several portfolio companies, including Sendero Midstream Partners, Next Wave Energy Partners, and Summit Midstream Partners. Earlier in his career, from 1994 to 2014, Mr. Rogan was an investment banker with Lehman Brothers and Barclays Capital, working in the natural resources division. In these roles, he played a key part in helping energy companies access capital through debt and equity markets and provided strategic advisory services on mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Mr. Rogan’s academic credentials include an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business (1999), as well as a Master of Professional Accounting and a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin (1994).

Chris Oversby is a seasoned global executive with experience in energy and chemical distribution sectors. He is known for building customer-focused organizations, strengthening leadership teams, and reshaping business processes to unlock sustainable growth and operational excellence. Chris began his career with Shell and went on to hold senior leadership roles with Baker Hughes, Clariant, and Univar, where he led international teams and strategic initiatives across multiple global markets. Following Univar’s successful IPO, Chris transitioned into the private equity sector and has since served in a number of independent board roles. He also served as CEO of Optum Energy Solutions, a drag reducing agent (DRA) technology start-up, which was successfully exited in 2019. Chris is a Chartered Chemist and holds an MBA with a major in Strategy from the University of Leeds. Chris has also completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School, Stanford Graduate School of Business, and INSEAD.

Mr. Blount is best known for his tenure at Colonial Pipeline Company, one of the largest refined products pipeline systems in the United States, where he served as President and Chief Executive Officer. In this role, he led the organization through transformative periods, driving modernization initiatives, strengthening safety and cybersecurity practices, and reinforcing a culture of accountability and operational excellence across the enterprise. Under his leadership, Colonial Pipeline advanced significant infrastructure upgrades and organizational reforms designed to ensure long-term reliability and resilience. Beyond his executive responsibilities, Mr. Blount has been a prominent advocate for collaboration between private industry and government to protect and modernize critical infrastructure. He has actively contributed to industry-wide discussions on energy security, operational risk management, and innovation, helping to shape higher standards across the sector. His efforts have played an important role in improving the reliability and security of essential energy resources nationwide. Mr. Blount has also served in advisory and leadership capacities across industry organizations and boards, where he has focused on mentoring emerging leaders and promoting values such as integrity, adaptability, and service.
